Her smile is still something solemn, but it's not gone yet, not at all, as she says, softly, thinking on a million things that are half-remembered, (and when she wakes, many of them won't be remembered even that much), "For all that, I think the sun's our birthright as much as the moon."

The hand in her own is squeezed, slightly. "And had you?"
