That gets a laugh, and it's torn the same way a sob can be, though her eyes are smiling, not crying.

And only that, with, "I understand," as she watches the sun again and drops Susan's hand after a moment to hold up her hands as if to cup it.
It's so small, but can fit in her hands.
(so very much bigger on the inside than the outside)
